HAPPY BIRTHDAY WILFRED! (:

hahah watching wilfred play captain's ball is real funny! cos he's so short, even when he gets the ball, everyone's towering over him! he has trouble passing the ball to his team mates! hahahah no lah. it just happened a couple of times (: hahah he's quite a good player. fast reaction. i hope you had a great birthday! hahah playing captain's ball.

went to the gym today! with anson, guanting, farhan & alvin. did treadmill, ran about 2k only. did cycling too (: anson taught me how to use the machines (: thankfully he taught me or else i'll be so blur and donno what to do! haha and watching pple like farhan & guanting work out is like so scary! the weights they lift is like so heavy!! farhan supposed to use the downstairs gym with the really really heavy weights. dragonboaters are scary.

oh i gained weight! i'm like 45kg now considering the fact that i puked before weighing myself =/

after working out, went down to the basketball courts to watch victor & anson play. they like have unlimited stamina or something lah. victor was playing even before we went to the gym! after that, they had the captain's ball match. the referee's like bloody bias. just becos they knew the opponents then my class got red card, so less 1 person. we lost 18-19. wasted! never seen alvin got so pissed before.

stupid referee. change the rules for their friends. what cheaters. next time we be organizers ourselves. hahaha xD

hahah and zhengrong's team mate was so funny. after they won a match, he's sprint around with his arms wide open as though he just won world cup! hahahah my classmates were laughing at him! xD

and after the game, victor and the rest went to play basketball again. seriously unlimited stamina man!

ok i've got to math tutorial and practice compro! test on wednesday =/ hate compro. and it seems like i have a test every wednesday. wtheck.

ahh i think i'm gona ache badly tmr..
